Antique Qianlong Chinese Teapot Famille Verte Handpainted Qing
Featured here is a gorgeous antique Chinese handpainted teapot. In a rudimentary effort to translate the characters on the underside, we believe they are these characters: meaning something like “made in a dry and prosperous year”, but this mark is more commonly associated with the Qianlong period, made in the mid to late 1700’s of the Qing dynasty. In good condition for its age, but does have a chip on the spout, gold fade, roughness on the lid, and spots of wear. See pictures for closer detail. Measures 8.5″ wide, 5″ tall, weighs 1 lb 1 oz prior to packaging. Please message us with any questions! We love to hear from you and typically answer within minutes from 10 a. New items added daily.
