With a mountainous river landscape with figures on the boat, crane, pavilions and pagoda, nestled amongst trees and rocks. The background is decorated with crackled glazed. ANTIQUE QIANLONG 19th CENTURY CHINESE PORCELAIN FAMILLE ROSE GINGER JAR WITH LID. THIS IS A. QIANLONG 19th CENTURY CHINESE PORCELAIN FAMILLE ROSE LIDDED GINGER JAR. THE QIANLONG 6 SYMBOL IRON-RED MARK IS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BASE. IT HAS A DOUBLE BORDER. THE ONLY OTHER 2 SYMBOLS ARE ALSO IN A BLOCK AND THEY ARE A’15’ AND A’25’ WHICH ARE VERY FADED. THE 15 IS STAMPED ON THE BASE IN THE SAME RED COLOR AS THE QIANLONG MARK AND THE 25 IS STAMPED ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE LID IN THAT SAME RED COLOR HUE AS WELL. CONDITION: VERY GOOD CONDITION. THERE ARE NO CHIPS, CRACKS, CRAZING, OR REPAIRS. FOR ITS AGE, THIS PIECE IS IN INCREDIBLE SHAPE. LITERALLY, THE ONLY’WEAR’ THAT WE SEE IS SOME BASIC SHELF-WEAR ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BASE, MOSTLY AROUND THE RING, AND A COUPLE STAINS OR MARKS OF MATERIAL ON THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE INTERIOR INSIDE THE JAR. ALL THE SPOTS OF WHITE THAT SHOW THROUGH WHERE IT SHOULD BE BLUE OR PINK OR YELLOW IS FROM WHEN IT WAS HAND-PAINTED, IT IS NOT PAINT FADE. EVERYTHING IS VISIBLE IN OUR PHOTOGRAPHS. 13.5 TALL (with lid). 12.25 TALL (w/o lid). 9 WIDEST DIAMETER. 3.5 JAR OPENING WIDTH. 6.75 BASE DIAMETER.
