Beautiful Antique Chinese Mid to Late C18th Qianlong Famille Rose Sauce Boat. A really stunning mid to late 18th century Qianlong famille rose large sauce boat with lobed and moulded body. Beautifully decorated with floral sprays in famille rose pink, purple, green and red hand-painted enamels. There is also iron-red swag decoration to the inside of the rim and (faded/worn) gilt to the rim itself. Condition is remarkable; the gilt is worn, there are some light surface scratches and the smallest of chips to the rim but otherwise this is in superb condition. Genuinely no other chips or cracks or signs of any restoration – it really is a wonderful collector’s piece. Please see pictures for more information.
