A very nicely made piece of 18th century Yongzheng/Qianlong period chinese porcelain with a central scene painting scrolls and flowers. 18th century Qing (1661 – 1912). For China (& rest of Asia) & US allow at least 2 to 3 weeks.
A superb c1770 Qing dynasty Qianlong famille rose bowl. Beautifully hand-painted with bright rose blossoms and green leaves to the exterior with a brown rim. To the interior of the bowl is a single blossom to the base and a beautiful inter-locking scrollwork band to the rim.
The bowl is beautifully decorated with two panels of figure scenes alternating with two magenta border panels. The design is hand painted over-glaze with rich polychrome enamels of green, red, pink, burnt orange, blue and magenta all in varying shades. The inner bowl has a hand painted border around the rim and a motif to the inner base. The tea bowl is unmarked to the base F200.
