The bowl has got old staple repairs, multiple cracks and hairlines. Some cracks and hairlines have been filled and retouched. High: 11,5 cm or 4,5 Inch. Diameter: 26 cm or 10,2 Inch. Antique Chinese famille rose relief decorated mandarin palette vase, Qianlong Period. A very beautiful and rare famille rose mandarin palette vase from the Qianlong Period. Relief work of two vine trees climbing one side of the vase each with grapes and squirrels hiding in the grape vines. Very special and high class pottery. Checked with UV Light. The vase has a small retouched and filled nick to the top rim. A few places of the relief work has minor retouch. (see last two pictures) Minor glaze scratches but nothing going through. The vase is skew from the manufacturing. This can be rectified by using a pad under the side of the vase to make stand straighter if one wishes. High: 30 cm or 11,8 Inch.
