Large Rare Chinese Export White Famille Rose Gu Vase Qianlong Period (1736-1795)

An exceptionally large and rare Chinese export white famille rose’gu’ vase, exemplary of Chinese export decoration wares catered to the European market taste. The age of the vase can be dated to Qianlong period as the decorative motifs and styles are stereotypical of the period. The form of the vase,’Gu’ form for vases with wide top rim and foot with slender body is originated from archaic Gu vessel which were designed and used for wine drinking. Vase like this usually come in pairs with additional complementary pair of lidded jars making a full set. Garnitures set like these were extremely popular in Europe and the stylistic designs of export wares were often manufactured to the taste of European market by Canton workshops commissioned by the East India Company. The manufacturing process of this kind of vase is multi-stepped and complex. Such famille rose decorations often utilizes imported European color pigments and materials, giving these export wares a unique and distinguishable look. Overall Height: 18 inch / 45.7 cm. This rare antique Chinese Qianlong famille rose bowl dates back to the late 1700s or early 1800s, and features a beautiful multi-color design on porcelain and pottery. Its intricate details and craftsmanship make it a valuable addition to any antique collection. With its origins in China and an age of pre-1800, this piece is a true treasure. RARE ANTIQUE CHINESE QIANLONG FAMILLE ROSE BOWL LATE 1700TH – EARLY 1800TH CENTURY. 17th- 18th century Qing Qianlong pastel flower Bowl with iron red stamp at the bottom of the bowl. 6 CM IN HEIGHT. 18 CM IN DIAMETER. THERE IS NO HAIRLINE CRACKS OR CHIPS TO THE RIM. THERE IS A BURNING CRACK AT THE BOTTOM, SEE PHOTOS. Antique Chinese Qian Long Dynasty Famille Rose Porcelain 10 Garden Seat

This is an Antique Qianlong (1736 – 1795) Dynasty Porcelain 10 Garden Seat with the Famille Rose Pattern. This Garden Seat is a Rare small seat measuring 10″ tall and 7″ in diameter at the top and bottom. The Garden Seat is nice and heavy weighing 7 LBS 11 OZ. The Bottom has the Qianlong Dynasty “year made” mark on the bottom. The Qianlong years were from 1736 to 1795. This Garden seat has the popular, at the time, Famille Rose pattern, with a Family Garden Scene on both sides. The Garden Seat is in very good condition with no cracks or chips. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge. Some wear is to be expected, unless described as flawless or mint. I can’t know everything about every item I offer, I do inspect each item and list all known flaws or damage. So please take a good look at the photos and ask questions if need be.
