A Qianlong Famille Rose Dish, Seal Mark And Of The Period, 1736-95. NOTE: If you are interested in both this “Qilin” dish and the. Colorful Kirin/Qilin painted at center of the plate with Ruyi border in iron red. This type of dish is well-known as “Shi Jin”, used to display an assortment of food in the palace and became a popular item among the royal families. It has superb craftsmanship and delicateness. Size: 5 7/8 in. Condition: Item is in good condition as shown in pictures except for two hairlines at the rim. It has the usual wear and scratches that are expected to occur over the years. 2-Pc Chinese Export Famille Rose Dish, Qianlong Period (1736-95). Painted with a central scene of a butterfly amongst various blossoming flowers. Decorated with floral cavetto and a diaper pattern banded around. Sprays of flowers scatter the rim. Size: 8 3/4 in. Condition: One item is in good condition as shown in pictures with the exception of 3 chips at rim. The other has several cracks and chips at the flat side of the rim. Pair of Chinese double peacock famille rose plates, Qianlong (1736-95), painted in bright enamels and gilt, the centre with a peacock and peahen perched on rockwork beside a large peony-blossom amongst various flowering branches, within a spear-head border to the cavetto, the wide rim with garlands of flowers enclosed by a geometric patterned border interspersed by cartouches containing scrolls.
