Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of history with this stunning Qianlong Qing Dynasty Famille Rose Vase. A Qianlong era Qing dynasty Famille Rose vase circa 1750 – 1780. This Chinese bottle-shaped or or bulb shaped vase is in the classic Famille Rose palette, and is just slightly under 7 inches in height. It features hand gilded gold decoration appearing primarily on one side of vase. This was known as clobbering or clobbered decoration, which is the application of gold to the porcelain which was then re-fired. It was usually done in Europe after the porcelain was imported from China, to appeal to European taste in the late 17th and 18th century. It added to the cost of the vase, so some examples show this added gilding on one side of the vase only, as does this example. The obverse view showing a Butterfly, Bird and Flowers has much less gold, and in the original less gilded decoration. It has the expected frit on the underside/base. This attractive example of antique Chinese porcelain is in fine condition. Flaws noted; two(2) flea bites felt along the base edge; the first one a mere 1/16 in length; while the other one is barely noticeable and much smaller than the first. There is some expected minor wear to the gilding along the mouth, but it is mostly intact. Height is 6 7/8 inches. Width (top outside diameter) is 1 inch. Width (top inside diameter) is. Antique Rare Chinese Famille Rose Ground Enamel panel on Porcelain. The yellow area has a detailed SCAFFIATO. Excellent quality decoration all hand painted and hand drawn outlines in opaque famille rose enamels. The front panel features a bird carrying a sprig and beautiful flowers and leaves. The inside and underside of the vase is plain white with very few flecks of brown throughout the vase. There are no chips or Cracks. One area on the rim is missing the yellow enamel paint, and there is some discoloration in the yellow area to the side of the ground enamel area. Antique Chinese Qing Famille Rose Porcelain Figurine Emperor Qianlong

It depicts a young Qianlong with a Ruyi and plant in his hands. The enamel colors used during the Qianlong period were very rich, deep and vibrant. The figure depicts a laughing boy on one knee holding a ruyi (sceptor) in one hand and a fruit in the other hand. The pink color enamel is characteristic of Chinese Famille Rose porcelain. Which was an important symbol used during the reign of the Emperor Qianlong. The porcelain boy figurine was made with great attention to detail which is especially seen in his clothing attire. The figurine weighs a solid 10.5 ounces and measures 7 inches in height, 4 inches in width. To find an authentic piece such as this, is very rare. I would recommend that you compare this piece to others on the internet to see how different an authentic piece from the 18th century Qianlong period compares to one that is not.
